The third quarter fundraising numbers are in, and Republicans spent more than Democrats between July 1st through September 30th.
They also raised more, with Republican Representative Brian Fitzpatrick raising nearly $887,000.
On the Democratic side, the biggest fundraiser was Representative Summer Lee. She brought in $427,000 over the three-month period.
In Pennsylvania’s 1st Congressional District, Democrats Bob Harvie and Tracy Hunt are running against incumbent Representative Brian Fitzpatrick. Harvie brought in $217,745 and Hunt raised $36,692. Representative Fitzpatrick has nearly $7 million in the bank.
In the 3rd Congressional District, a crowded race is taking place to determine who will replace Representative Dwight Evans. State Senator Sharif Street raised the most at $352,358. State Representatives Chris Rabb and Morgan Cephas brought in over $257,000 and $155,000 respectively. Dave Oxman raised $108,500.
In PA-06, incumbent Democratic Representative Chrissy Houlahan raised $215,000. Her opponent, Republican Marty Young, was not far behind in raising more than $186,000.
In PA-07, incumbent Republican Representative raised more than $456,756. Democratic challenger Ryan Crosswell raised $380,128. Bob Brooks and Northampton County Executive Lamont McClure raised $308,000 and $230,000 respectively.
Incumbent Republican Representative Rob Bresnahan raised $598,000 towards his campaign in Pennsylvania’s 8th Congressional District. Democratic challenger Paige Cognetti brought in $500,000.
In the last election, PA-10 had one of the closest congressional races in the country. Incumbent Representative Scott Perry raised $649,000 towards his reelection. Democratic challenger Janelle Stelson raised far more, bringing in $1.246 million.
